A  sad announcement.

As some of you may already know, Bill was taken ill these last few months and passed away on November 18. He was laid to rest at North Arlington Jewish Cemetery on Belleville Turnpike in North Arlington, N.J., under direction of J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Dover, N.J. A retired civil engineer and Newark College of Engineering graduate, he was vice president of Lock Joint-Interface and, later, founder of Suburban Consulting Engineers of Dover. A great businessman, entrepreneur and mentor, he was a life member of A.W.W.A.

He was the beloved husband of Judith; loving father of Debra Klein Kennedy (Dan) and Randi Klein Frumolt (Mark); dear brother of Evelyn Klein Schwartz and loving grandfather of Cassidy and Roni.
