Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item had not yet shipped.
I cancelled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long does that usually take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
WIthin 30 days, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. All returned merchandise must be in its original box with packing materials, including all accessories and the original paperwork (such as certificates, etc.)
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to all merchandise that is shipped to an address in New Jersey only.

How long will it take to receive my order?
THe standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, unless you specified UPS-Next Day or UPS-2 Day when you placed the order. Orders may take 24 hours to process once you have made your purchase. We do not ship on Mondays.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. All of our orders are shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is required to ensure proper delivery. We may ship to A. P.O., F. P.O. or foreign addresses, but special shipping charges will apply.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order, just tell us the address you want to ship your merchandise to. Remember to use a street address not a Post Office box for any shipping address.
How are shipping charges calculated?
SHipping charges are calculated according to the total amount of the order before taxes (where applicable). ANy purchase UNDER $200 (per shipping address) is charged a flat fee 0f $10 for shipping.
